A bell every 20 minutes, and one mile each. Thirty-six bells, twelve hours, at The Persimmon Grove Event Venue.
It rings at 8:00 a.m. and every 20 minutes after that. When it rings, you walk the mile. Finish fast and you rest longer before it rings again. Finish slow and it rings anyway.
Be in the starting box. Everyone leaves together.
Elevation, two creek crossings, the same trail every time.
Whatever is left of the twenty minutes is yours.
Three an hour, 8:00 a.m. to 7:40 p.m. 36 miles if you answer every one. Set a mile pace, then walk the ring and read the day off it.
If your mile takes
you rest 05:28 before the next bell. The mile does not get shorter; your rest does.

The loop at The Persimmon Grove Event Venue climbs, drops and crosses the creek twice. It is one mile. You will walk it thirty-six times.
